Any form of constructive feedback is always a useful tool for a school as it helps us to continue adapting and achieving our goals in nurturing, supporting and educating our children.

Encouraging parents and caregivers to contact the school directly is often a more productive approach when providing suggestions, ideas or raising concerns rather than relying on social media platforms. It ​allows our staff to engage with parents on a more personal and effective level.

Positive feedback is often the most powerful, in all walks of life, so even the occasional "Well done!" or "Thank you" is well received and greatly appreciated.

Complaints Management

At Cooroy State School, we aim to provide a high quality education for all students, wi​thin a safe and supportive learning environment.

Cooroy State School appreciates and acknowledges that parents, carers, students and community members have the right to make a complaint. Under the directive of the Department of Education and endorsed by our P&C, our Complaints Management process outlines how Cooroy State School manages these issues when they are raised.

This document provides important information relating to the complaints procedure and is essential reading before lodging a formal grievance.
