Enrolment Process
Enrolments from Prep to Year 6 can be arranged through the school office at any time during the school year.
Enrolment packs and Information Booklets are available on this website for download or can be collected from School Administration.
Completed enrolment paperwork and supporting documentation must be returned to the school prior to your enrolment interview.
Contact Administration on 5472 2100 to make an enrolment appointment with the Principal or Deputy Principal.
Please note that Cooroy State School operates under a
School Enrolment Management Plan and has a
catchment area. Enter your residential address into the EdMap and locate your nearest state school. Alternatively, contact our office for further information on our EMP or discuss Out-of- Catchment applications.
Enrolment for Prep
Parents and carers are welcome to enrol students into Prep prior to their starting year. During the enrolling year, parents will be able to attend an enrolment interview and have the opportunity to participate in a transition to the Cooroy State School program. This program is a comprehensive one with many goals:
Welcome parents to our school
Familiarise new families with school procedures through open afternoons and information sessions
Provide new students with a familiar setting for the introduction of school
Gather information about students in order to best cater for their needs
